Jennifer Caputo

On the work front I’ve been fortunate to land some fun jobs that have been challenging in many ways. On “Yes Man”, the new Jim Carey film, I doubled Zooey Deschanel riding an older Aprillia scooter. Got to ride a rough custom built Harley on a horror picture “Feast 2”(pictured), did some quad riding as an 80 year old woman for a Bud Light commercial (pictured), drove the new Corvette ZR1 and the new convertible concept camero for GM’s Style events in Dubai and Detroit and at the end of the month, I’m heading overseas to see what I can do with an MV Agusta 910s on the wetted down cobblestone streets of Prague. After Prague, if all goes as planned, I should be heading to Korea, Argentina and India where I’ll be stepping it up a bit and be coordinating. It’s a tough game to break into and there aren’t many women in this side of the stunt business. I guess that would classify it as unchartered territory. Cast of MotoFemina

In memoriam Jessica Terrell July 1977 - January 2008. We are sad to report that Jessica lost her life in a tragic car accident on January 9. Jessica was the cast member who was awarded the BMW F 650 GS motorcycle at the end of the MotoFemina series. She will be deeply missed by many. Read more about Jessica here.

Synth (pictured on the left with fellow cast members, Laura and Jess) married  MotoFemina director, Rick de Saussure, and are raising their adorable baby boy. Their motorcycles are collecting dust in the garage for now, while they happily focus on their son. We did hear through the grapevine that Rick is planning another female-based motorcycle series. Stay tuned.

Laura moved to Washington last spring and works as a librarian for the state, where she travels via her Ducati to small and rural libraries around the region collaborating with other various organizations to digitize and place their special collections online. She had a great time last summer and fall traveling around the state on her bike. Pictured: Laura's water route on ferry to San Juan Island.
