Christine's Kickstart Motorcycle Rider Training Series DVD

It’s evident through the instruction style and tips that are not commonly found at other motorcycle training schools, where Christine Firehock’s DVD shines. It might have a little to do with her heritage as a 4th generation female motorcyclist and MSF instructor/owner. Specifically targeted to fresh riders and those enrolled in a rider course, this handy tool covers basic riding techniques and proper maneuvering, with simple to follow instructions in a clear and concise manner. Along with extras such as, handling emergency situations like quick stops, road-surface hazards and skids - this training DVD will help reinforce the knowledge of your two day course so you can make that transition from driveway to road faster and with more confidence. HH strongly values maintaining good rider habits and preparedness; this DVD delivers on those values while keeping an entertaining format. What a bonus! Christine’s KickSTART Motorcycle Rider Training Series DVD also has the advantage of a companion book that enhances its learning benefits. Check it out and read up on her dedicated family moto-history,too. www.christineskickstart.com

Women Pioneers:

Kasey Rogers

"Wrong Way Rogers"

Bewitched as she may be, Kasey Rogers, aka: Louise Tate, spotlighted women’s motocross in the 1970’s. Inspired by her son’s ambitions, she too fell in love with the motorcycle sport. The spell was cast, proving no problem for this PowderPuff pioneer, as she wrote columns and articles about motorcycling for publications such as Modern Cycle magazine and the Herald Examiner.  Enchanted by the thrill of racing and her natural entrepreneur ability, Rogers established PURR: Powderpuffs Unlimited Riders and Racers, which helped transform what is known today as the Women’s Pro class. Rogers is also recognized by the AMA Hall of Fame as one of the honored contributors in women’s racing.
